Nathan Swavely

Product leader who never left the build side.

I run digital product experience for ConcertAI's commercial solutions. Six products built on regulated pharma and patient data, serving top-30 manufacturers. I still design and prototype the things my team ships.

What I actually do

Product

Own the roadmap for a business unit's entire product surface, from how we acquire vendor data to what a field rep sees on screen. Set direction with senior leadership and make the case to the C-suite.

Design

UI and UX, prototypes, design systems, brand identity. I designed the site you're on.

Build

Front end, SQL, ETL, and enough of the rest of the stack to ship something myself when that's faster than explaining it.

Things I've built

TypeScriptPostgresMCP

Showliner

Event and lineup management for venues and performers. The audience participates from their phones during the show. Designed, built, and shipped solo, currently in private beta. Includes an MCP server so AI agents can run event operations.

Jump Back In

Finds the episode you stopped a show at, without spoilers. You're walked forward through the season one remembered moment at a time. Static site, no backend, no accounts; an LLM pipeline turns Wikipedia summaries into memory prompts and audits them for spoilers. Designed, built, and shipped solo.

This site. Brand identity, illustration, and build, all solo.

Get in touch

I want work where the design and the product decision are the same job. That covers senior individual contributor design roles. It covers product leadership too. If you're hiring for either, or building something early and need one person who can do the design, the code, and the executive conversation, I'd like to hear about it.
